This year has been quite a whirlwind, with surprises at every turn. It’s December, yet here we are in short sleeves and open-toed shoes! Our spirits are lifted, especially with the holiday season upon us. We’ve enjoyed the warmth of our Flyleaf community throughout the year, and today, we’re indulging in some good old reflection.

2024 in Review

Wow, what a year! We have had the privilege of witnessing so many of our clients make incredible strides in their personal journeys. It’s truly a joy to see people doing hard work and creating new beginnings for themselves. We’re especially proud of our collaborative team efforts, which have been key to facilitating these transformative experiences.

This year, we embraced new modalities, like microdosing ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and diving deeper into body-based therapies such as Reiki and sound bath healing. Our goal has always been to integrate innovative approaches with tried-and-true practices, and it’s exciting to see these methods validated by the broader medical community.

Looking Forward to 2025

As 2025 approaches, we’re setting our sights on bold new projects and goals. From team collaborations to presentations on Body-Based Healing and Resilience, the year promises to be filled with opportunities to broaden our impact. We’re committed to honing our skills and expanding our reach, hoping to touch even more lives in meaningful ways.

One of our goals is to return to writing blog posts about various topics. This not only allows us to engage with you more deeply but also helps us articulate our thoughts and philosophies on healing and personal growth.

Intentions Over Resolutions

When setting intentions for the new year, remember: they aren’t the same as resolutions. Intentions are about caring for yourself in a kind way, focusing on broader life goals rather than rigid targets. For instance, rather than aiming to hit the gym five times a week, consider embracing the intention of nurturing your body kindly and mindfully.

We encourage you to spend some time reflecting on this past year. Think about your achievements, the challenges you overcame, and what you’re ready to leave behind as you step into 2025. Set broad intentions and remain open to the myriad ways the universe can surprise you.
